I have been asked by a local store to run a Shadowrun Adventure for RPG Game Day on the 15th of June. I don't know where to begin as all the adventures I have are longer. Any suggestions? I could make up something of my own but would prefer not to as I don't know how many players I will have. So something pre made and just adding would be easiest. Thanks in advance.

Contact Ray Rigel he is in charge of the Catalyst Demo Team and could get you information about how to sign up and some ideas of missions you could run.

The Shadowrun 5 FreeRPG day Quickstarter sets may have something in there - the 2012 set had a small, one-scene adventure. Well, it's a bar fight, but it's a good way to get people used to things.
But I also second getting into the CGL demo agent program. You can start the sign-up process at www.catalystdemos.com.

The Shadowrun 5 FreeRPG day Quickstarter sets
SR5 FreeRPG day Quickstarter sets? Really? Any place I can download that?

Not yet, only the German equivalent is out and it shows signs of having been made entirely independent from Catalyst by Pegasus.

You can grab the older quick start for Food Fight and as mentioned here last years free rpg day had A night on the town both are simple and a lot of fun to run.

Any of the Missions adventures should work as well. They are supposed to be run within a 4 hour time frame. The demo team could probably hook you up with 1 or more of these for free if you join the ranks.

The only gotcha is that the current missions aren't written for SR5. Hard to say just how tough a conversion would be, but if you want to run SR4A then you'd be set.

Yeah but unless they are expecting him to run a game based off either the German quickstart rules or else the little bit we've seen of SR5 in the previews, he will be running an SR4 game. So the missions would be prefect. Free RPG day is in 11 days. I doubt the SR5 books will be available yet.

Thanks all for the great input! Looking into each response as we speak. I was also looking thru my material and noticed "On The Run". It states this is for "beginner's" which fits the bill! Anyone know how long this adventure would take? I'll keep doing my own research in the meantime. Thanks again!
