AU36 Radar Sensor has 2 Capacity. Why is that? What would you put in there?

It's how much capacity it takes up when put in a limb, rather than what it can hold.

Yup. Things that take up capacity have that value listed like so [ x ], while things that have capacity have the value listed with just the number without the boxes. Pg 37 of Augmentation shows the best example of this kind of listing.
