Title: Heart of Darkness / Give the Devil His Due

Does anyone know if/where there is further info about the black heart encountered in DOTA: New Dawn (in Karavan, as an optional sideplot), which then makes a return appearance in Artifacts Unbound (in "Give the Devil His Due")? I'm assuming from the factions looking for it that it may be some sort of shedim-related thing, but was unable to find any specifics about the heart itself or what it is actually for. One of my players is a shedim-hating banisher, so I put some little hints out that the heart in DOTA might be shedim-related (after the runners had already traded it away), but wanted to try to amass more info before running the followup adventure.

As far as I red till now (up to Euro War Antiques) there is no other information about the heart.

It was never fully explained. Then Ghostwalker took it with him to the metaplanes.
