Are there dice pool maximums?  And if so, where are they located in the Anniv rulebook?

By default, there's no dice pool cap, although page 61 has an optional rule to cap it at the highest of 20 and 2 x (natural Attribute + natural Skill).

SR4A, page 61: "Optionally, gamemasters may choose to cap dice pools (including modifiers) at 20 dice, or at twice the sum of the character’s natural Attribute + Skill ratings, whichever is higher."

There is no dice pool cap mentioned in SR5 (the mechanic is covered by Limits).
