I would like to read a bit about vampires and the HMHVV but don't know really where to find it; Could you inform me of the good source book to read ?

The SR4 Runner's Companion does a nice detailing of the Infected that you may want to go through.

There's surprisingly little out there, but this was the bulk of my research when I started working on the Infected in earnest. There are other little bits and bobs here and there, but this has most of what you're looking for.

I'm working on expanding this.
