Title: Vehicle Cost Modifiers

This is just a random thought, but I figured I'd get y'alls thoughts.

A series of negative conditions that adjust the cost of used vehicles.  Almost like the grades of 'ware, but for the vehicles.  Maybe ones that have already permanent damage marks or glitch easier while in use.  Things that will reduce the overall cost, but give you reason to want to upgrade.

Older models, that sort of thing.

But no. Randall stated a long time ago in an IRC Q&A session that they aim to have Rigger 5 show up earlier in the development cycle, and with the vehicle modification rules in it. My theory then became that they were splitting up Arsenal in a gun book and a vehicle book, making both parts bigger.

Run & Gun is currently listed as upcoming source book and its description lists pretty much everything that was in Arsenal, minus vehicles and vehicle modifications.
