Indeed it is. With the initial "wave" now starting to ship, hopefully we'll start getting some insight/clarity into what's on the horizon.

I'm in Montreal and nobody has this. Seems like the distribution companies didn't receive them yet.
Can't wait to put my hands on this... and yes, I'm old school, I want a printed format.

Street Date for CGL doesn't mean Street Date like for a major video game company. Which is more the pity. :'(

My store received our copies last week and went on sale today.

I pre-ordered the book two months ago through BattleShop. The order was placed in a pending status at the time, and is still in that state. According to the detail page for my order, the expected ship date was 8/20.
I paid extra for a priority mailing. I expected to have my book before the street date. I am still empty-handed.
I've already sent a message to BattleShop about this.
Edit: I got a reply after only a few minutes. They're re-running my order through shipping, it should go out by Friday.

Which address did you send to? I've got the same problem with my Limited Edition order and I've emailed customerservice.catalyst@gmail.com three times, and tried info@shadowrun4.com as well and never received a response. It's getting pretty frustrating to hear nothing at all.

I used customerservice.catalyst@gmail.com, same as you did. It took less than an hour for them to respond. Make sure to put as much info as you can in the message, especially the order number. (Hope you kept that e-mail.)

Yes, and included the order number and time of purchase each time. Jason Hardy did get back to me after a second attempt at the info@... address, but I'm still waiting for an order status update. Really awful customer service experience for me.
