Is there somthing among those lines?
i know foci are object.

Foci must be inanimate objects, so they can't be living, although you are allowed to use electronic devices (page 306 - Step 2: Obtain the telesma).
-
The closest you get to a living focus is an adept power that allows you to sustain a spell someone casts on you for the caster, where you take the -2 penalty and they don't have to worry about it. Yeah, not that great.
Otherwise, no. Hell, you don't even get familiars unless you are an initiated adept (Attune Animal) or mage (Ally Conjuration).
-
As far as I can tell, the rules don't prohibit using a focus as the target of a homunculi ritual (unlike preparations, the rules don't say the ritual can't target an object with an aura). At Force 6 with a goodly amount of dice and several dozen reagents for drain mitigation, you can get one to stick around for a month or so. It's not really living per se, but has a spark of intelligence in it.

I smell a hellacious story point.
"We need you to pick up this particular person. You'll find them X, Y, Z....... you realize, with a fistful of nausea in your stomach and awe behind your eyes that this person is linked to another person and has an aura entwined with one you might find with a Power Focus."
-
There's also the option of tattoo foci, which are fairly popular for adepts. Not exactly a living focus, but very, very close.

"When I flex my arm, she belly dances!"

The only foci that can be done as tatoos (as written) would be qi foci. However, there are some people who set down quickened spells as tattoos.

Well, quickened spells typically leave a mark on the subject somewhere, right? Yakuza sometimes include quickened spells in their irezumi tattoos.

Well, I know that quickened spells left an astral signature.... And possibly a visual spell effect (armor spells, etc)... But an actual mark??? I wasn't aware of this.
I also know that in 3E, they mentioned magic tattoos done by the triads and the yaks.... (I don't think they gave rules for it though)

The magic tatoos would be quickened or anchored spells, yeah, done by Enchanters who also were tattoo artists. I believe it talks about it in Vice. If not there, then the Neo-Tokyo part of Corporate Enclaves.

That could be. Been a while since I read those books.
