Do foci have a cost in nuyen in 5th edition? If so, I'm having trouble finding it.

Page 461.

Also page 326, while page 318 has the bonding table.

I really wish they put the karma costs and nuyen costs together somewhere on the same table. Sort of like they put cyberware nuyen/essence costs together neatly on the same table. That was a pet peeve I had with the layout of the SR4 book that has unfortunately not changed. Ah, well.
I really appreciate the help, and realized in retrospect this probably should have gone into the rules forum. Thanks for the answers anyway.

Indeed, I've never understood why they didn't put the costs together in the same table.

Likely because with ware, you pay the price when it gets installed. With Foci, you can buy them and bind them later.
-
But that still is no reason to make two tables, on two different pages, instead of one, or two tables on the same page.

It is, actually (they're making sure to keep two seperate aspects of foci seperate in the tables as well) You just don't think it's a good enough reason.
Anyway, this is actually a step forward from 4E, where Bonding costs were in the Magic chapter, and Availability and nuyen costs in the Gear chapter.
