So, the guys over at DriveThruRPG are giving away a PDF of Temple Of Elemental Evil for 1st edition D&D. For free. For the next four days after this was posted (PDF is free up to 29/9/13)

From what I saw at last year's GenCon, they think I'm a sadist when I wrote "Burn (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/99649/Shadowrun-Mission-04-07-Burn)".  Which I will update to SR5 and run at this year's JimCon!  ;D

And that would be why I personally avoid published adventures for most systems. I will admit that I would like to play through the Kingmaker stuff for Pathfinder though.

Well, my main bad experience was with the D&D 3rd incarnation of the one mentioned in the original post. I still wanna pull a Red Forman on the DM for sending my 4th level Rogue in there solo...
