Title: drones and cyberprograms

Now you can run some cyberprograms on a RCC, now can you run  on a drone?

The rules appear to make them very specific to RCCs - the fact that the RCC version is different from the deck version supports this.

thought so, but It was suggested that you could run Virtual Machine on a drone so could run 3 autosofts.  I didn't think anything of it until I was reading Drone Rating vs number of programs when I was thinking of a House rule for commlinks using the device rating like autopilots for a number of programs it can run.

Yeah, I'm not so sure on that...  It basically requires treating Autosofts as Cyberprograms, and that doesn't sound quite right to me...

well an RCC can :P but yea if you want to run more then two programs on a Drone you have to run them all on you RCC and loose Noise reduction.

Aaaand, I was mistaken.

Quote
A drone has a
number of slots to use for autosofts and cyberprograms
equal to half its Device Rating, rounded up.

Under the Autosofts section.
