In Stolen Souls there is a mention of Horizon being involved in a massacre of Technomancers in Las Vegas, apparently at the best of the Consensus.

Anyone know where the source material for this event can be found, if at all?

Twilight Horizon has all the details.  I'm not even sure that's the worst thing Horizon did in the 4 modules.

Columbian Subterfuge probably makes them worse and Smiling Bandit has no love for Horizon's Neurological experiments neither. So there was always dirty laundry it was just until Twilight Horizon that make them do something that makes them a proper AAA corp.
