I'm looking for character or build ideas for a prime runner / high life technomancer.
I've read through the TM handbook and considered a few ideas, but feel like I'm missing some kind of insight to making a decent TM, let alone one that runs solo.

A TM capable of running solo?
Well, you're obviously going to be abusing Machine Sprites to get your meatspace effectiveness so you'll want a good collection of gear that works for that. A high fashion armour from R&G, a chameleon suit and a smartgun, that sort of thing. Maybe a few drones.
You're probably going to be spamming sprites, so make sure you can register as many of them as possible and have a good dice pool for it.

True, but I'm more interested how far any particular thing can be pushed, given the increased resources / stats over standard runners. That or oddball ideas that are too hard to work into a standard runner.

I'm playing Prime TM, took E in resources, for 100kY i took some Bio parts. +2 LOG, +2 Knowledge skills. This might sound like a stupid idea, but it is great for 8 LOG, so 8 registered sprites. The rest, Ace of coins, a suit that boosts the social skills, that is further boosted by sprites. A nice car, also boosted by sprite [but for the car it was for the whole team].
You could also use cyber rather than bio, so it could be boosted by diagnostic, like Cyber eyes,... and the one thing that is quite controversy: Skillwires. Lets assume: Skillwires 6, SkillJack 6, SkillSoft 6,... this is a 6 in skill, so the diagnostic sprite power can boost it for another 6, if you have a 2 in the particular attribute you will have 14 in that skill... Just download it from the matrix, [Matrix the movie style]. So you don't need high skill priority. Focus on Attributes, resonance, and Race.
