If you count dates it is on Thursday of Gencon when you go through the calendar and count it up.

Stolen Souls will also be legal then, unless Bull intervenes.  Man, I'd love to see a group of runners disguised as a Docwagon team...that would be awesome.

One of my goals, ghost willing (aka having the time to put it all together and Matt, or layout guy, having the time to make it pretty), is to have an updated FAQ out in time for GC that will cover all the sourcebooks through these.

If it comes down to not having time for layout, I'd rather have the raw text at GenCon than having to wait for a pretty version.

Actually at this point unless there is a change in the FAQ Stolen souls will not be legal as it's release date is July 31st so the 30 day window will put it past Gencon.

I'll probably allow it for Gen Con, since it was available at Origins, and will have been out for a couple of weeks by Gen Con.  Close enough, in my book, and I'll make an exception for that. :)
