Title: Is there a bestiary for SR5 ?
Post by: PauloAM on <06-27-14/1215:32>
Hello guys,

The title of the topic sums it up. Is there a bestiary for SR5 ? At least a fan made one? Because I think the options in the critter chapter are too limited!

Thanks!

Not 5th, but check out the 4th edition book Running Wild. You could convert some of those baddies over to 5th if you wanted. It will probably be a while before we get a similar book for 5th, though.

Cool thanks! I may have to borrow some of these. Your players enjoy your challenges don't they?  ;)

So far out of the critters above I have only thrown a cybered version of the Warform Grizzly against them. Yeah, imagine that thing with muscle toner, dermal plating, wired reflexes and an experimental rig putting a human brain in control.

Dzoo-Noo-Qua are in for today's session. ;)

What in the 9 Hells is a Dzoo-Noo-Qua?

What in the 9 Hells is a Dzoo-Noo-Qua?

A troll with HMHVV (in the same way an elf with HMHVV is a banshee, etc.)  They regenerate like certain incarnations of Wolverine, so treat with caution.

If your German is passable, Parazoologie 2075 brings Critters 1 & 2 up to 5e stats.  There are a lot of "fluff" critters in there that will probably never see the light of day at a normal table, but it's a good starting point.
