i was wanting to know jf i could reload my crossbow because of the internal mag  and would it  be a complex action?

The internal magazine holds 4 bolts.  Reloading any weapon with an internal magazine requires a complex action and allows you to reload (Agility) rounds during that action.  This is per the Reloading Weapons table on page 163.
