Title: Diseases in 5th Edition

So after watchingthis video (http://"http://spoonyexperiment.com/counter-monkey/counter-monkey-swimming-in-diarrhea-is-bad/"), I got to thinking about what sort of diseases and other environmental hazards (radiation and such) are available in Shadowrun. Are there 5th edition rules to this, or a way to house-rule/adapt a previous edition?

Basically everything there is today is still around.... with the addition of VITAS1,2,3.... which combined wiped out around 30% of the world population in a matter of months....

Then there is HMHVV... the wonderful virus that gives us vampires and ghouls and all sorts of freaky shit..

Radiation and some diseases were covered in Running Wild for 4e. But they have yet to come out with an updated 5e list at this time.
