Three choices are a Aztechnology salsa, a renraku Kuma and a bulldog step up van.
These are low to mid to high end the salsa on the low the Kuma on the high question is how common are Kuma and would you see them and be like hmmmmm or are you more likely to not notice one parked around

Bulldog, its as armored as a light tank, and as common as cockroaches

Also, the Bulldog is easily moddable into pretty much anythign you want
