So with Street Grimore out, and alot more traditions being available, would previously built characters be able to switch to a tradition that is more appropiate for their concept?

For example, my Sioux Shaman switches from Shamanic to Sioux?

Maybe.  Probably.  I honestly haven't had the chance to read SG in depth yet (Gen Con prep kicked my ass in so many ways).  I would say the only restriction is that you wouldn't be able to rebuild/reassign your stats at all...  So if you wanted to switch traditions and the new tradition was Logic instead of Charisma based, for example, you could do it but would be stuck with your stats in the wrong spot and would need to buy up your new stat the hard way.
