Similar to my Rigging Rules Summary (http://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=19368.0), I made a (large) compilation of all the relevant Matrix notes. It does not have any Technomancer specific rules. I included some flavor text when I felt it would be helpful to a GM.
The link is here: Matrix Rules Summary (http://hardcoregamemode.blogspot.com/2015/01/sr5-matrix-rules-summary.html).
Let me know if you spot any mistakes, or if you find this useful at all. I don't want to just be spamming the boards if nobody finds my efforts helpful, of course!

*repairing devices: you have listed this as saying the device isnt useable before all the matrix damage have been healed. I believe it only needs to have one undamaged box on its matrix condition monitor to be usable.
Slaved devices uses their masters firewall, not rating to defend with (while commlinks have rating=firewall, decks and RCC might not) atleast I think that
Otherwise its good and very thorough :)

NIce summary.
Regarding grids and lifestyle, there is an option in Run Faster pg 222 to have a Grid subscription at lower than Middle lifestyle.
Under user modes, AR, you are missing a - in front of the two.
On Noise I'd recommend a house rule that you use higher of the spam/static noise rating of source and target. If you just use source you get some oddities, ditto for just target. (Imagine of you wanted to hack a device in the middle of nowhere and you just used source. You could then do it best from somewhere within 100 miles. Or imagine you just used target, you could sit in a high spam zone and hack an office miles away with perfect comms, whilst the opponent suffered huge penalties from noise against you).
"Failed Sleaze puts a mark on you and informs host, who launches IC" - if informs owner, who has got the mark. Informing host is only if it's a host you are sleazing.
There is a common house rule / interpretation that "If you know at least one feature of an icon running silent, you can spot the icon " and "f there are multiple silent running icons, you roll once against a random one" combine to mean you can say "I'm going to look for an icon running silent that just attacked me" or "I'm going to look for smartguns running silent".
Programs "Limit of one per type per deck" - I parsed that with the line above as only one common and one hacking program. You simply cannot have duplicate programs on the deck.
Agents can also use other programs on the deck they are running on.
"Hosts can launch one IC per turn" - At the start of the turn, which might matter. In addition hosts usually only have Patrol IC running.

Ah, I think I misinterpreted this line:
Bricked or not, the device is off-line and unusable during the repair process.
I changed it so it specifically says "during the repair process". Thanks!

Fixed, thanks!

Don't have it yet :-(

I agree with that interpretation and added it now.

Fixed the wording.
Thanks for the close reading, guys. It's amazing that even though I reread that section like four times over and basically wrote notes directly from each sentence I still missed stuff.

Updated with new Matrix Teamwork house rules.

Updated with Patrol IC behavior. Direct link is here (http://hardcoregamemode.blogspot.com/2015/01/sr5-patrol-ic-behavior-host-security.html).

An interested read... forwarded that on to the decker in my game for reference material.

It's just the rules he'll benefit from it, but if it's the Patrol IC behavior the GM will need to be board for it do anything :-)

true... but we're all new to Shadowrun so having something that clearly outlines things will help all of us.. myself included as GM.

Well, glad to help! That's why I post them :-) Let me know if anything is still confusing.
