Just like my Rigger and Matrix summaries, here's the summary (http://hardcoregamemode.blogspot.com/2015/01/sr5-technomancer-rules-summary.html) for TMs.
The rules were surprisingly accurate and kept together, unlike the Rigger rules for example.
I plan on editing it in the future to discuss my feelings on Resonance Veil and what I consider fair usages.
