Mages and Phys Adepts have foci alchemical. Deckers and street sams have cyberwear, decks, and weapons. Riggers have VCR and drones. Almost every archetype has a set of gear that allows them character progression through Nuyen, in addition to skill and attribute advancement through Karma. However, I'm having trouble finding anything along those lines for Technomancers.
Is there any gear in the SR5e product line that is specifically designed for technomancers?

Not currently.
In the past (aka, 4E), there was an Echo you could take to craft Widgets. They were basically Technomancer Foci.
There are some houserules (http://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=18436.msg326478#msg326478) that you can check out. They might interest you.

middle lifestyle payments. Gotta get off that public grid
Fancy armors. It's always nice not getting shot in the face
Fancy guns with machine sprites in them. Pew Pew
Fancy drones with machine sprites in them. See above statement ;)
Granted all of the above could be used by any archetype. As for techno specific this was all i could find
Run and Gun P85
FRESNEL FABRIC
Reduce the Noise penalty by the rating of the Fabric. The
Noise reduction is directional and the wearer needs to align
their body in the direction of the device they are trying to
connect with.
Wireless Bonus: Reduce the Noise penalty by 1 more.
Technos have so few ways to reduce noise so this thing is amazing for them

or take a low lifestyle and pay the 50NY for a grid subscription with your lifestyle options in run faster.
OT, you're likely to have a decent CHA rating thanks to your dependence on mental stats, so a wardrobe full of swanky suits and high-fashion armoured pieces are a good investment of cash for those techno-faces.
The wireless bonuses help your dicepool (does diagnostics help here? i'm not totally convinced) and fitting in due to wearing the right attire warrants a dicepool bonus on your social tests.
Good fake SiNs are always a good investment and tutorsofts (to help learn those physical skills you ditched at chargen), electronics, sensors and drones are all good picks depending on which way you want your guy to develop (mind over machine echo is interesting in the long run).
In terms of direct assistance to your main dicepools, i'm fairly sure that when Data Trails comes out soon, there'll be plenty of stuff to spend your cash on

Also based on the 6th World timeline magic has officially been around since 2017's Great Ghost Dance (and rumored to have been a factor in Tir Na nOg's formation in 2014). So, the world has had slightly more than 60 years to develop the various magical accoutre mon.
By comparison, the Otaku only surfaced in the mid-2050's and some Otaku transitioned into Technomancers only 14-16 years ago. Consequently, the world hasn't had much time yet to develop equipment to aid TMs in what they do.
