Title: Tutor, where did the "friendly" spirit go and have anyone actually used it?

Tutor was a omnipowerful free spirit back in Threats which sought to kill off all magicians, or at least ally the magical realms against the pest that is metahumanity, although it was smart about it.
He would appear as a friendly spirit which would teach you high force spells but with little drain. The small print read, however, that some of the drain suffered could never be healed again.

I have not been able to find it or its like in later editions. Any clues to its whereabouts?

Also, if anyone have any stories about using it, then I would be very interested

 I used him awhile back I used him as a trap. After the player made a spirit pact I had make him an NPC, as he worked over the party.
