Title: Converting 4e npcs to 5e

How would you do it?
This is for npcs so not chargen.

I mean if they're NPCs and they're not using chargen, there's very little you actually have to do. The biggest pain in the ass is with any increased Essence costs for ware.

The conversion guide handled skills, which is probably the biggest difference between the editions.  Essence will need to be recalculated, but that shouldn't be a make or break thing for most NPCs.
