Hi,
I've GM'd a few games irl but never online. I've been working on a story and it's kinda big in framework but I've not finished writing it yet. If I was playing it irl then I wouldn't start hiring runners yet but my experiences in online ttrpg would indicate that I might be ok to start looking at characters.
What do the rest of you Mr and Ms Johnsons think? When do you start hiring? How far do you get into the writing before you game? How much of your story gets written by the playing?
