Title: Core Falling Apart, Still No Response

   So I purchased my Core Copy of 5th 3 months ago. Within 2 weeks the binding started to fall apart. I e-mailed both Battlecorps and Catalyst when this happened and nothing. I love the game but am becoming fed up. I love the game but am not sure if I will be purchasing anything else from Catalyst which makes me sad.

Things like this have come up a lot recently, unfortunately. People seem to be having the best luck getting ahold of Catalyst via their Facebook page, and communicating there to resolve those issues. Something was mentioned about some back-end changes being made at Catalyst's/Battlecorps website, and that was causing some issues.

I would definitely not purchase from Catalyst, they have zero customer service.
Buy online or from your FLGS.

So I posted on their fb page, sent more emails and still nothing. Going on 4 months! I consider myself a patient guy, but I find I am running out. For $50 I should get a book that won't fall apart before I can read it through the first time. For $50 I should get some sort of response within what is going on 4 months. I am not sure where to go from here : -(.

AJcarrington is your only hope obiwan, he IS Catalyst's customer service department.
You'll find him on these forums helping other people who Catalyst has similarly failed.
