When modding equipment

if a mod is based on a percentage (Internal smartlink) do all other mods get added first

For instance

120  Street line special
100 Gecko Grips
+100% Smartlinks

Could cost 440 or 340 depending on the order of operations, so which is right

its weapon cost plus mods it makes the most sense regardless of the increased aftermakert cost (like long barrel and intermal smartlink) would just cost weapon cost each regardless of whatever else you add to the weapon after you buy it

Internal smartgun uses the base weapon cost, without the mods.
