Originally from Ireland but has worked for EVO first in Atzlan and now in Seattle, Poor Padrig, never should have gone to Gates Casino. Someone must have spiked his bourbon. Next thing he knew, not only were most of his life savings spent from his credstick he owed the Casino a 25000 nuyen marker. Probably extended him the credit because he had gambled away nearly 100k and they thought he was good for it. Unable to pay the marker he was forced to borrow from Two-Fingers. Guess instead of negotiating fees with shadowrunners for EVO, he'd have to find a way to become one. Cause, there's no chance his salary is going to pay back that loanshark. Them's the breaks- right, omae.

As far as his job, I picture it as the Company Suit calls the fixer, tells him what he needs and then Padrig goes to the meet introduces himself as Mouser and negotiates the price for the company with the shadowrunners.
I can just picture him trying to convince some shadowrunner's to form a team:
You all know me. We've conducted much business over the years. Yes, I've tried to low-ball your fees- but, hey, that was my job. But that also means you all know how tough of a negotiator I am. Let me help you. As your Face, I'd help you procure the highest possible fees for your services. Can't you just see the possibilities?
-
I see no issues mechanically. Background seems to need to answer some questions.
Why is the pixie in civization to begin with?
The pixies spells seem inconsistent with his job, where did he learn them?
Assuming the high lifestyle was/is getting paid for by his job- why doesn't he just downgrade to a medium lifestyle for a while to pay the debt?
If a sleazy gambling place had an unconscious pixie why only make him owe them money? I'm fairly sure they could get more money either selling to another corp or something else even more insidious

The spellcasting he learned while in Atzlan... he became intrigued with the Aztec Tradition and has nothing to do with his job.
The drug made him high as a kit, not unconcious. He just kept making dumb bet after dumb bet because he wasn't thinking straight.
And the High Lifestyle represents him blowing his whole life savings in on booze, women and gambling.
I assume before this mishap he led a Middle Lifestyle in some corporate owned housing.

The Skills are pretty rough. As it stands, you're 1 point over because Computer will cost you 2 due to Uneducated. You also have the Fastalking specialization listed, though you didn't factor it in to your pool.
No Perception (5 dice) is gonna be super bad. This guy would no doubt have Assensing as well. There's 2 ways I think you can go. Either Give up 2 Edge (very hard to do) or drop down to 16 for Attributes. I'd lean more toward attributes. I think your tertiary stats can all be dropped by 1, or 2 from REA to keep INT. That'll give you 6 more points to get you Perception: 4 and Assensing: 2 along with 2 in the Stealth Group. Or you can go with the Acting Group to pay for that 1 on Computer you didn't factor in and still keep your Con skill. You can default on Etiquette and probably be just fine with your 12 dice on opposed and 9 on threshold tests. Either way, I think you're missing some essentials.
