Has anyone converted that kind of stuff, specifically vehicles from Mil-spec Tech and anti-aircraft/tank missiles from WAR!? The job will take the team into a hotspot, and I'm contemplating letting them get a hold of a few Strikers, "just in case" of course (yeah, right).

Don't call it any specific model:
Just describe it as a MICV, Use the stats for a Roadmaster with Sensors 5
Use the Panther Assault Cannon Stats for the main Weapon but double all ranges: Gunnery+Log[Sensor] (Riggers get to increase the limit w/control rig). Fired by gunner, 100 ammo drum...complex action for loader to replace drum....if there is no loader the gunner would have to use a complex action to get down from the turret and then a second comple action to load.
Secondary Arnament are the box missile launchers: just assume Striker Missiles: six Anti-Vehicle, six anti-perssonel. Fired by Driver. Can only be reloaded externally and the MICV doesn't have internal storage for spare missiles.
Tertiary Weapon: Machinegun (your choice) up top... Gunner but most expose himself (50% cover) manual.
Defensive, Smoke Generator, as grenade but centered on dragon- no test reqired: Loader or any Passenger.

No no no no. No. All except this. The driver drives, and only drives... unless they're a rigger, and even then, if the corp/govt sponsor can casually slap a VCR into the heads of their tankers, they're still better off with dedicated drivers and dedicated gunners. At most, there might be a hull LMG/MMG the driver can operate, but that's usually a last resort weapon for infantry rushes, which really shouldn't be happening in the first place, against armor.
However, since the driver has limited visibility, even with drek-hot sensors, and the gunner has target-focus blinders on, a missile rack (like the external MG) would be better operated by the commander, whose primary job is to use their position of superior visibility to designate targets for the gunner and call for (and assist in) fire from specific weapons as well as to direct the driver's course. There's no reason the gunner couldn't be asked to fire them instead of the main/coaxial guns, but the commander should be using them on defiladed targets or on targets outside the gunner's quick-traverse field (and if there are too many of those, then s/he has slotted the barghest already, and has probably advanced to a phase line beyond where they can be supported. Or the plan/order-of-battle was total drek to start with).

Not sure about modern tanks, but old school ones were crewed by 3 to 5 people.
Driver
Radio operator/machinegunner
Gunner (cannon)
Loader
Commander/gunner.

I was approximating a MICV not a tank. The rear end of the vehicle is for carrying troops therefore crew has tob kept to a Minimum... Commander/Gunner, Driver and Loader. The box launchers are loaded with missiles: the driver doesn't need to be a rigger because with a datajack he can fire it. It's not the real world; SR has technology to do things differently then we do today. Or if you really don't like the driver firing it, let the loader or passenger do it.

Don't forget about cyberwarfare specialist. It IS Sixth World we are talking about.
So how about this:
Driver
Radio operator/machinegunner Cyberwarfare specialist (full time job)
Gunner (cannon)
Loader
Commander/navigator/launcher operator
HMG could be operated by software.

Can't loading be handled by machinery?

Can't loading be handled by machinery?
Hard to say. There are space limitations inside a tank which was why many were hand loaded up until recently. Add to that the weight of the projectiles makes for a very large device.... especailly on some of the bigger shells. (Looking at you su-152.... armed with a freaking NAVY CRUISER cannon!!)
But it is "the fuuuturrreee!!" (As some like to point out). Its entirely possible that MBTs are just massive drones with no crew at all...
-
Looked up a few shells, seem to weigh around 10-20 kg. Nothing that can't be handled by machinery smaller than a person.
-
Problem is space for the machinery, plus tools and parts to fix it mid fight. Personal don't need the kind of maintenance that machinery does.

Had I envisioned an actual MBT, yes I'd think it will have more crew.
This more like a Merclava -there's a small forward compartment with the crew, separated from the rear compartment by a steel wall, The rear compartment would have a ramp that can be lowered and basically has two benches where you can cram in 6 soldiers.
Besides, I threw this together in like 2 minutes... should have done what the writers for this game do and just detailed the weapons without saying who fires what. :)

I recall this thread (http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/142142-manual-reload/) discussing the pros and cons of autoloader versus manual.
All depends on what you want from the vehicle.
