I just remembered that in 3rd edition there was some kind of King Arthur plot line. Does anyone know what happened to that meta plot?
-
Well there was an incident where Harlequin showed up in King Arthuresque armor with Excalibur and got in an epic throwdown with Ghostwalker in the middle of Denver and fought Ghostwalker to an almost draw until Harlequin got his chestnuts pulled out of the fire by Ehran & Frosty. Is that what you're referring to? There was also a bequest of Excalibur to Harlequin directly by the Big D himself in his will. Is that it?

No, it was a British plot line.

If memory serves (I don't have immediate access to my old sourcebooks atm) the Pendragon was a demagogue who appeared around 2062. He was uncatchable by the authorities and caused many near-miraculous events and inspired a company to form in preparation of his coming.
He vanished after helping overthrow the Lord protector and meeting with the Queen. Since then there's been rumors that he was engineered by the Queen to cement her power, or perhaps he was the real thing and may come again in England's time of greatest peril.
Also didn't you ask this question like, 3 years ago? http://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=5951.0

Wow, I had completely forgot I asked that. Thanks

Hehe, I recently searched on a question, just to find I asked it back in 2013 :)

...ahh yes, the mysterious and elusive chap referred to as The Pendragon. He appeared in a couple episodes of my old 3E UK campaign. Never knew what happened to him after 3E went out of vogue. Don't recall that much detail was given about him or the situation in the UK in System Failure.
So Lord Marchment is no longer the LP and Queen Diana has succeeded King George VIII. Curious.
...and what of the Island, Lyonesse

Queen Caroline.
-
....according to SOE the queen was Diana.
-
3rd Ed Shadows of Europe pg 197 lists the wife of King George VIII as being Queen Diana with their only child being Princess Caroline.
However in 4th ed Conspiracy Theories pg 109-110 we find Queen Caroline has taken the throne and we can see on pg 85 where in 2066 Queen Caroline meets with the Pendragon which bolsters her standing considerably and helps her dissolve the LPO- who was a serious thorn in the monarch's side.

The crown goes parent-child, not parent-spouse.

Btw, any plan for UK update for 5ed ?
