Strength (Arm) (Rating 3) 19.500
Agility (Rating 3) (Arm) 19.500
Agility (Rating 3) (Arm) 19.500
81.000¥ worth of Autosofts and programms
(Stealth, Chemistry, Demolitions, Electronic Warfare, First Aid, Hardware, Navigation, Lockpicking, [Weapon] Targeting, Melee, Evasion, Maneuvering, Professional Knowledge (any knowledge), Academic Knowledge (any knowledge), Language, Mechanic)
10.000¥ for a one month high lifestlye to maintain the body
100.000 remain for weapons, armor and other stuff.
Now, what does that get me?
The Anthro drone has an effective pilot rating of 8 - meaning FW and DP are at 8, there are 4 slots for autosofts (one for the AI itself)+1 through virtual machine.
Ini is 14 (15 with Toolbox)+5d6
Attack DP is 11(8 Pilot Agility + 3 enhancement cyberarms)+6 Autosoft + 2 Smartsoft +1 Control Rig= 19
Also you can use the new Target Device Action to improve your aim.
Defense is 8(Pilot)+6(Maneuver soft)+1 Control Rig=15
- same for all other autosoft based skills
Melee damage with the spur is 14 P AP -2
The gyro stabilization + STR 11 gives base 10 recoil compensation
Armor is what ever you wear.
But best of all: Most of the time it's your drone that acts with its abnormal high pilot rating while you have your own set of actions - useful as soon as he learns to hack...

I like that. It has nice dimension to it. With e-ghost it has some nice story potential.
100k will get you loads and loads of gear, a backup body might be a solid investment.
The issue that would interesting is how you deal with SIN. Your looking at something that will be a mindless robot in the eyes of many.

Dang, 8 Pilot. An interesting concept right there, mechanically. I like this character,

thats when you buy realistic looking 3

You'd also need to get WATLAM. Despite being an E-Ghost, it's still necessary.
Which... Can you pick Pilot Origins as an E-Ghost? Seems contradictory.
-
You were a rigger and cut off from your body - done. ;)
-
I can see that designer gives you +1 pilot. Also pilot 6 is 24F, so I'm a bit confused how you got 6 ( 8 ) pilot.
-
An AI inhabiting a drone can increase the pilot rating by 1
24F Availability is just within the range of the Restricted Gear quality. :D
-
watlam?
-
What? ???
-
watlam?
Walk And Talk Like A Monkey.
It's an advanced program available to AIs. Basically it allows you to appear as if a meatbag rigger is jumped in the drone instead of coming off as some dog-brain pilot or Valley-divided AI.

There's 2 things I feel I need to comment on.
1. The SIN of an E-Ghost is the reactivated SIN it had when it was alive.
2. As interesting as it is, the only AI character a player can have is a metasapient.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
-
1. That depends on whether or not it is legally recognised as the formerly living entity that held a legal SIN.
2. Not quite, imo.
The rules governing proto- and xenosapients are presented below to help gamemasters design and build NPC AIs.
In terms of rules, e-ghosts are handled like metasapient AIs

*sighs* why are there no negotiation autosofts. or ettiquette and con for that matter.

Easy, the powers that be don't want AIs to be able to blend in to society in meatspace.

Easiest fix ever; house rule it.
There's so much internal conflict on drones in Catalyst it's not even funny; Rigger 5 left out Armorer autosofts by design (confirmed by one of the writers, as they felt drones couldn't be trusted making ammo and the like), but Hard Targets included them not only in the form of an autosoft but an entire reloading drone. Repair costs have been changed three or four times. Armor values are all over the place, and drones are for the most part as durable as paper maché in a rainstorm. Modified stat lines did or did not make it into Rigger 5.0 (again, according to one of the writers). We still don't have a clear answer on which attributes to use when rigged in (some skills use mental instead of physical, some remain physical). And by RAW a micro-drone, which can be the size of a literal insect, is only a moderately more difficult to spot than one the size of a bear; the fact that they have miniscule dice pools unless you spend tens of thousands of nuyen on something that can be completely and utterly destroyed by a heavy pistol doesn't exactly help.
TL;DR, just house rule it. And if you're playing missions; don't play a rigger.
