I did the numbers with a calculator. Hope I didnt screw it up.

Attributes A gives you 24 attribute points, not 25, and Resources B gives you 275k, not 250k. I didn't double check your actual allocation, but from your priority list, they might be off - might want to look over.
I've never seen a PC with the instruction skill. It could be interesting, but think about the following: You can help instruct any skill you have at 4 or above (unarmed, perception, gymnastics) up to your Instruction skill (so 2 for perception and gymnastics, 4 for unarmed). Instruction helps other people learn skills, spells, rituals, etc. faster, but they can still learn on their own. Other also characters still have to spend the karma to learn, so they also still have to be willing to invest in learning. I take it that Simon also teaches at the gym, but even if he is actively going to use instruction skill in game, it is for a limited set of skills up to a very basic amount. Do you expect your campaign will have a lot of need for instruction? Would perhaps a Teaching Techniques or Coaching knowledge skill work in its place in terms of character? Maybe drop your fight promotion skill, add a fight promotion specialty to your underground martial arts skill and use the remaining 3 points for Coaching?
Is there a way to get your Synaptic Booster back up to 2? Why did you drop it?

Also you have 2 hard capped attributes. Agility and strength so you'll have to drop one of them to a soft cap.

No android versions I am aware of, but there are some fairly robust XL sheets out there that may work in Google Docs if you're willing to put in some time to tweak.
If you're good with spreadsheets you can open the .xml files for Chummer and pull the data out, filter it and have most of the grunt work done. If not, simple manual entry of the character does get the job done.

Um... I dont know how to do that. I might be able to tweak a google doc if I have step by step instructions. Stuff like this was never my forte.
