I noticed a past-tense reference to the Boston lockdown in Rigger 5.0.  Does that mean that it's over?  If it is, how did things play out?  What happened of that strain of CFD, Deus, Cerberus, and Eliohan?

The Lockdown is still going on. You'll be able to tell when it ends, though, because of the sound of a AAA megacorp crashing down all around you when it happens. This looks to reshape the landscape in a big way. Much like Big D's death (and will), the Renraku Arcology shutdown, Bug City, and Crash 2.0 did. Things are going to get much, much worse before they get better.
