So i was going through my pistol adept the other day, when i remembered
playing 3rd edition.
I had a similar character there and he managed to get his hands on this beauty of a pistol from the ADL.
The Altmeyer SP...
Sure, most people think it was waaay to heavy, getting more ammo sucked and if it got damaged,
you'd have to send it to the manufacturer...
Yet still i loved that gun.
But nowadays i cannot find this awesome weapon for the 5th edition. The only "shot-pistol" out there would be the roomsweeper.
Or as i call it the red headed step child of shot pistols... It just won't quite cut it for me.
And since there are no real custom gun creation rules out there, i can't even make my own Altmeyer SP.
(*sob* It was a PISTOL!!! With fraggin MICRO GRENADES!!! *sob*)
So if there are any options... Be it customization, similar weapons, whatever...
I'd be really grateful if you could tell me in which book i can find it (and which page, cuz i can be like a mole sometimes).

It's getting a bit embarassing, but as so often these days, what you are looking for exists: It's part of the bonus content of the German Schattenhandbuch 1

Shotgun
Acc 4, 10P, AP 1, SS, Ammo 8(m), Ava 4R, 475 NY
Ranges like heavy pistols, concealability of +4, Throwback
Beside that, there are customization rules in Hard Targets.
Remove the stock and shorten the barrel of a regular shotgun and you have something very much like this.
