After reading Choose Your Enemies Carefully once again I got really interested in learning about the European Tir once again.

Any information to be found outside of the Almanac, Shadows of Europe and the Tir sourcebook itself?

Is Critias writing up something new or just happily able to shed some 70s light of the island nation?

Anything would be helpful.

Also have anyone tried to bring back the Paths in a way closer to the original instead of what's been written in Street Grimoire?

The Sixth World Almanac has four pages dedicated to TÍR NA NÓG.  From pages 152 to 155.
