Title: Zobop on the East Coast?

Okay, we know that the Zobop is heavy in the Caribbean and New Orleans, but what about the East Coast of the UCAS? I ask, because I noticed that in Vice it mentions that the Zobop is doing there best to either take over or destroy voodoo-themed gangs, such as the Yardies and such, in their expansion.  Now, what does that have to do with anything? Well, the Yardies are mentioned as having charters on the East Coast of the UCAS...so could that mean that those Yardie-based gangs potentially have come under the control of the Zobop? Could the Zobop be appearing in any city with a large amount citizens of Jamacian/Caribbean descent? Am wondering cause I'm tinkering with an idea and want to get all the criminal elements lined up for the sprawl I'm working with.

I think it's safe to assume that this is the case, especially in the New York metro area.

So there would most likely be a Zobop house in places like Newark, Camden, and Philly too?
