Title: Red Lotus Triad in Vancouver

Hey does anyone have any information on the Red Lotus Triad in Vancouver SSC?  I know they have virtual monopoly on crime in that city but are they affiliated with any of the Triads in China or Hong Kong?  What about other information like who is in charge?  Any information would be appreciated as my PC group is moving there because of a certain situation in Seattle.

I only see a brief reference to the Red Lotus in Shadows of North America.

about a half page of stuff there, not much.

Thank you for the information.  I have read that half a page.  I guess I will have to work up some stuff myself.

Vice from 4e has some good info on how to setup various different criminal syndicates.
You might consider it as a source for a framework to hang your triad on.
