A pretty physical dude with some almost ok out of combat abilities. Mostly a B&E Guy. Carving through Solid rock and metal seems liek a good way to get around. Can handle himself in social situations just enough to not make an ass outta himself. Can get shot a bunch but still keep on ticking.

So, if your character showed up at my table the caution I'd have for you is "What do you do when you're not punching out tanks?" Your non-combat dice pools aren't enough to really contribute. And your Negative qualities are going to be brutal if the GM enforces them.
You've got a max of one action pass, and I don't see any combat drugs to boost that up. And 12 dice as a combat skill is mediocre so against difficult opponents, you'll mostly miss. So I would be concerned that your one thing that you do, really would only come up once or twice a run, and it would be disappointing when it did.
And while punching out a Bank Vault is certainly B&E, it's not quite what most people think of as a B&E skill set :P
But yes, your Fist is an Anti-tank weapon, and you can literally punch down a house in about 60 seconds. I'd simply caution that those things don't happen frequently in most shadowrun games ;)

Well, enthralling performance. 3d sense and eidetic have to be valuable in some way do they not? Mabye i offer my help to my beat cop friend a lot in order to help make his job easier. Since i am still pretty new to this, how would you change it up? i used some to 10, b for meta, magic and attributes, d for cash and e for skills.

I only have the one Troll Adept sitting around, you'd have to shake loose the 2 Karma to upgrade to Minotaur. But really this is just a for example.
Anyway, he's more stabby than punchy but Sapphire Knives go anywhere. He's got up to 19 Dice with Knives and is doing 13P with -3 AP; 11+3d6 (14+3d6 if you pop the BetaMeth) initiative so 2 guaranteed, and 3 most of the time, 4 on a really good roll.
It's really just a for example. You'd want to do your own thing, change up negative qualities, Knowledge skills, contacts. Intimidate isn't usually the most useful Social Skill but it's what I went with on this particular build, you may want to swap it out. If you want to stick with Unarmed and not Blades go with Shark Mentor Spirit and change up the assorted Blade related skills and powers to punchy ones.
Again, this is just a for example, use as much or as little as you'd like. Throw the priorities into Herolab and fiddle. Have fun!

Arriving on a Trimuph Thunderbird wearing this year's Mortimer's line, Posh is not a Troll people forget. Strong, confident, unflappable and obviously British. Posh can flip a knife out faster than the eye can see. Scary when he wants to be. Charming when he needs to be.

hmm ok. so where does your slicer troll keep his high fashion gear? his motorcycle? this guy has like no money and lives as a homeless guy.

Priority E Resources you're going to challenged somewhere and I wanted to fit in the Bike for flavor reasons. He's fine to get through one run, and then pick up a Low Lifestyle and a fake SIN. It's easy enough to move around Nuyen to cover whatever you feel is important. Again, this is a for example, take what you will from it.

Alrigth still keeping the knifes and some of the throwing i dropped him down to street level. SO what i had access to and what iw as given for cash and availablity was reduced a whole bunch. Still get a big mess of dice with the knife. But now he survives on the streets with survival and still does a really good job scaring people. Got a mess of drugs and the best stats i could come up with to avoid getting addicted fast.
