The Laughing Man has had a tendency to pop up in artworks recently, even (especially?) when he was not mentioned in the text. Let's keep track of his appearances and have fun trying to guess what he could be up to :)
The pic above is a 2009 painting called Cool for Cats by Gerald Brom (who also painted the legendary Harlequin's Back cover). I don't think it was used in any Shadowrun book, maybe Brom just wanted to revisit the character for fun. The picture can be seen in his artbook (I took a photo of the page with my phone, hence the bad quality). For some reason I get the feeling Caimbeul is hanging out in New Orleans in this painting.

In the French version of Runner Havens, a chapter was added about Marseille. In one piece of art, Harlequin can be seen enjoying a cigarette in a local bar. Not surprising considering Harlequin owns the island of the Château d'If, off the coast of the Phocean city.

In Market Panic, Harlequin was apparently showing up as an AR projection during some sort of trial, mocking the proceedings. This doesn't seem to match any particular event described in the book, but I may have missed something.

AFAIK, the latest sighting of Harlequin was in Court of Shadows, where he was playing cards with some courtesan, and by the looks of it massively annoying his opponent. You can just feel the smug smirk he's hiding behind his cards. As we know from Worlds Without End, it's not his first visit to the Seelie Court either.
So, have you found other cameos of the Laughing Man in a SR book recently? :)

I'm so glad you know where the chateau d'if is. I had a player get mad at me once for saying he needed to procure a boat to get to the place (player led homebrew mission, you don't wanna know what they were doing there). He argued with me until I pulled up a map online and pointed it out to him. He got even angrier and exclaimed "Who would build a place like that THERE?!"
My answer: "The french, obviously. Now, shall we move on?"
Then another player said "Wait, what if Harley is the Count of Monte Cristo? Ooh, what if that caused the first duel between him and Ehran?!"
Things that make you go "hmm"....That was a weird game. Lol

Ah yes, Creegan. Cleopatra 2525 totally ripped-off Shadowrun for this one, it's painfully obvious they just took Brom's cover art and used it with almost no changes :)

Sorry, I've had a lot of my work stolen in the past, and used for some rather, well, unsavory purposes. So I tend to get a little...testy when the subject is brought up. -growls, snorts fire, and trudges back into cave-

Almost forgot another appearance of Harlequin... in the Sixth World Tarot, as none other than the Bastard arcana! (It's the deck's version of the Fool/Jester, fittingly).
As we can see, even cute little doggies are not spared by his wrath.
Does that mean he's aligned with the Bastard faction of the Seelie Court, or even pulling their strings? He's not mentioned in Court of Shadows, but it might be his style... And they do have a thing for jesters.

It's a Laubenstein even and interestingly he looks like Udo Lindenberg crossed with a bit of Karl Lagerfeld here btw.

The one with grumpy Harlequin is from Dirty Tricks.

If we are talking any occurrence (apart from the Harlequin books and Street Legends) I remember a Harlequin image in the Cyberpirates! chapter on Madagascar. Don't know whether the image is online somewhere. There were also miniatures of Harlequin and portrayals in video games like the Genesis Shadowrun and Shadowrun Returns.
