Guidelines for characters will be sum 10 but resources cost +1 including level 0 resources and level 4 resources (which would be 5 under this rule) is not available. No starting attributes can have more than +4 unless the appropriate quality is taken no skill can be higher than 5 without the appropriate quality no device ratings higher than 4 no availability higher than 8, without the appropriate quality. 15 Karma instead of 25 and no more than 15 points in positive and negative qualities. All characters must start with a code of honor either one in the book or approved for no additional karma. I reserve the right to veto certain things that I feel will impact game balance. All characters must start with a connection rating 3 fixer I am calling Gunderson for now. Characters will be based out of the barrens in a "neutral" territory with a number of factions all striving for increased power there.
Characters will start out individual and will be occaisionally paired for others as needed by the fixer until you become a team and the story line becomes full blown.

After the death of her parents in the Azt-Am war, Zyanya (or Zya) fled the country to the North, towards North America. She wanted to stop in or near California, but diverse reasons made her go further north. Chief among those reasons, she made the mistake once to mention that she was an Awaken from Aztlan. For some reason the crew she was with thought it was the same as being a blood mage.
After a while, she landed in Seattle, where she has now settled, satisfied, for now, by the small jobs she can perform. She even took the time to start a mall garden in her small house in the Barrens, trying to emulate the one her mother took care of, but she has much progress to make. At least, there are not too much weeds growing there.

Street Knowledge is linked to Intuition. This type of Knowledge skill is about knowing the movers and shakers in an urban area, along with how things get done on the street. You know about the people who live in different neighborhoods, who to ask to get what, and where things are. The information that these skills cover tends to change rapidly, but your instincts help you keep up.
@Gilga Mostly fine...whats with the magic hackers ive got three now...if you owe money it will be to Gunderson. The decker code of honor is a little undeveloped give me a little more like how can you tell they hack or not etc. Also the shadow community is what you are working for Gunderson for, it will be either redundant or useless so you may want to rethink that.

Small changes are fine up to your first post. After that I need to okay them. I'll try to RP in some type of training montage or something when spending Karma.
You can swap them out but it requires a reboot, so it's not something you can do on the fly...it might be better to have a seperate one.

What I think Ennui means is since you didn't take the negative points you don't the negative or positive effects of actually having the job. I'm fine with you having a day job for role play purposes.

Personality/background Twist has been on the streets literally since the day she was born (her mom gave birth behind a Stuffer Shack dumpster), and quickly learned to use her wits to survive. Growing up in the Barrens was difficult and often dangerous, and her mother died of an OD by the time she was 5, leaving just her and her sister (dad was never in the picture). She got taken in by Gunderson's affiliates as a runner (of messages, not the shadows), and has been doing that for them for more than a decade. Recently, her latent technomancer abilities have blossomed, giving her a set of useful skills which she has decided to put to use taking bigger jobs so that she can get off the streets and see her sister go to college.
