Title: [4E] BP question
Post by: Relic_Zero on <11-18-16/0930:31>
My GM is running a game where we begin character creation with 450 BP.  I thought I read somewhere that you can use up to half your beginning BP on your attributes, but I couldn't find that in the rules.  I saw 200 BP in the core rule book, what is the general consensus on this?

My copy of the 20th anniversary core rule book says: 'Players may not spend more than half their total BP on physical and mental attributes (for a standard 400 BP character, this means a cap of 200 BP).'

Assuming that this is not a rule change between the original core rule book and the 20th anniversary one, this would imply that your 450 BP character could spend up to 225 BP on attributes.

The original core book is the same (page 73).
