I want to know which skills are mandatory, needed, and good to have? And I need to know which qualities are best?

Electronic warfare would be good for scrubbing noise I believe, gunnery if you are planning on shooting stuff, and the correct pilot.

Also relevant b/r skill/s, you already mentioned pilot, I like to take 2 pilot skills at rank 1 at chargen in addition to my base drone types so I have some variety, I also tend to take some stuff to help my matrix defense too, because reasons...
