Use Karma or Skill Softs for your 1 point skills.
You need to use Karma to break a Skill group for your Street Etiquette, can't use Skill points. I know Chummer lets you, but it's not perfect.
I am of the opinion you don't need an expensive deck. Erika or maybe the Little Hornet.
3 Antenna and if you can stuff them in, more Data Jacks. You want all the Noise Reduction.

I agree with Hobbes.
Get a cheaper deck and use it for 'ware. Narco and Psyche can go a long way for a Logic 9 Willpower 5 mental stat using character. More ways to reduce noise (antenna/datajacks). I'm not sure the Move-by-wire is doing so much for you that if you got a cheaper deck and sold it for other 'ware. Especially if you go with drugs (and I recommend it for a high Willpower decker) for Narco and Psyche already, using cram for reaction/physical initiation/defense/etc. is easy to do too.

A lot of Matrix actions use Intuition instead of Logic. (Matrix Search, Matrix Perception, Disarm Data Bomb, and more). Move a point from Rea to Int. (Same initiative but giving you extra dice for a lot of actions, Perception and more/better knowledge skills)
