I did a quick search and Amazon has a physical deluxe deck, does Catalyst sell a deluxe set?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen it listed on their store...not sure why. My recommendation is that you pick it up from a Amazon (or your FLGS / online FLGS) and go from there.
