Went through a short version of, IIRC, On the Run last night. Just wanted to thank y'all who produce such a fun game. We had some crazy fun, we all (barely) survived and thus (barely) achieved the minimum for success. We had a good GM, and good materials-- we couldn't see the tracks, if there were rails. Failure _was_ an option. Success and failure at any given thing had consequences. There were many ways to achieve a given objective. Good times, good times.
The setting keeps dragging me back, too. It has a richness and depth seldom seen elsewhere, in my opinion. The writers keep sprinkling little tidbits and easter eggs through the books as well--I brought up one of the shadowtalk/jackpoint characters, was told by a friend some background I didn't know about him. Then as I was reading through one of the books again, some comments to/about that character took on a completely different tone.
Do please keep it going!
