Ok, this may be a stupid question, but that's what the forums are for, right?

A long time ago I could have sworn I'd heard that around the Findley era of sourcebooks there were plans to put out a book on the DeeCee sprawl by itself (not just the blurb in NAGNA) possibly even as a set like UB or Denver.  Am I just crazy?
