Title: Symbiotes?

How much room would you imagine something similar to Marvel's symbiotes could have in Shadowrun? It might not have to go so far as to produce a suit, but I like the idea of body-snatchers symbiotes "bonding" with a host to achieve some higher functioning.

Thoughts?

Free Spirit with Channeling ability, if you want ITNW as well it'd be a mixture of Inhabitation-mechanics with Channeling.

drop some Tempo and you've got instant spirit-enabled Venom analogue.

although this Venom does not like humans and can't be controlled by it's "wearer".

They have this already. It is called Insect Spirits.

Reminds me about the small section in Chrome Flesh. Basically Ares is leading on symbionts. It just hasn't seen much development because of CFD.
