Title: Ghost in the Shell - Walker Tank for Drones
Post by: cgibboney on <03-25-19/1245:04>

So I am looking to see if it is possible to create a rigger character that controls a walker tank like drone from ghost in the shell.
For those that are familiar, it can be this big one in the picture or the smaller blue ones.

It would be cool if they had their own A.I. and personality, but not important.

Mainly, I just want to know what is the closest drone or vehicle to put a control module in or whatever...

Thanks for your help

The NeoNET Juggernaut drone is about the right size and capability.

Of course it's a rather tongue-in-cheek homage to the ED-209... but you can say yours looks the way you want it to.

It's also as dumb as bricks, which fits perfectly.

This was done for 4E, but it may give you someplace to start. https://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=5923.msg110487#msg110487

The ADL book has the RUHRMETALL WOLFSSPINNE 8V2

DRONE HANDLING Speed ACC BODY ARMOR PILOT SENSOR AVA COST
RM Wolfsspinne 8V2 5 1B 1 8(0) 14 4 4 16F 110.000 €

Standard Equipment: Geckofeet, 2 Large Weapon Mounts with 1 Vindicator Minigun each;
Autosofts: Smartsoft, Targeting [Vindicator Minigun] 5

It's not as large, but would satisfy the concept.

Otherwise just use a walker modification on a GMC Bulldog or a Roadmaster and add some heavy weapon mounts...
