Not sure if they do one every year, I just recall 2 Missions (Free Taiwan and Bronies) and Rigger 4.0?

The April Fools Missions that I recall were:

Friendship is Tragic (the Brony mission)
UnConventional Warfare (runners at a big game con)
Scene It All Before (Haven't played it, but it may involve kaiju)

April Fool's Missions are labors of loved derived from some manner of inspiration.  It's not something that can be forced.

'Assigning' a writer to 'come up' with the April Fool's Mission would ultimately feel inauthentic.
