Title: Kudos to srun missions team
Post by: adzling on <08-03-19/1853:54>: I wanted to drop some kudos on the missions team.

This year was my first and likely only gencon and I got some good table time at the 5e missions tables.

Given the challenges with the format the games I played were mostly well run.

I certainly had fun and was happy to see a nice mix of pros and noobs.

I was particularly impressed with the mission with the sex drone. The lore and setting knowledge that
Drove that run was a pleasure to behold. Stainless you get my two thumbs up for that.

It’s clear the missions team works hard and is enthusiastic.

Wow, I should not check the forums during meetings. Had to physically bite my tongue to keep myself from laughing, so people didn't think I was a lunatic.

And Caribou's coffee is burnt. Starbuck's is overpriced and over sweetened. Dunkin Donuts is where it's at.

To be fair, it's not pumpkin flavour. It's "pumpkin spice" flavour, which is a mixture of cinnamon/nutmeg/ginger/clove. What us Brits call "mixed spice", more or less.

Actually pumpkin flavoured spam would be even worse.
